Salary on Application

Jersey is a successful, self-governing Island with complete fiscal autonomy in domestic matters. It also has a growing international identity through its negotiation of bilateral tax agreements with leading OECD nations and its decision to participate in the EU Taxation of Savings Directive.

Much of the Island’s continued success will be dependent upon an ability to ensure that the tax regime balances the immediate needs of the local economy with the long term stability and sustainability of Jersey’s international Financial Services Industry. Your role will be to maximise the opportunities open to Jersey in an increasingly competitive and highly regulated market.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a clear track record of dealing with the broadest possible range of international and local tax matters either in a professional context or with international corporate or government experience.

Knowledge of the international finance industry will be a distinct advantage.
